Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau Announces Board Of Directors Additions

Four Senior Advertising Sales Executives from Court TV, Brighthouse Networks, Disney ABC Cable Networks & NBC Universal Named

The Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau (CAB) announced it has added four members to its board of directors. The appointments finalize the re-composition of the CAB's board at 24 members - representing the complete spectrum of cable television.

The appointments reflect the continued strategy of re-shaping the organization into a direct-toclient television advocacy group – positioned at the forefront of critical discussions on how television will reach consumers in the future. The new appointees are:

  • Mr. Charlie Collier - executive vice president, general manager of advertising sales for Court TV. Mr. Collier has been instrumental in defining the network’s primetime brand with national sales, marketing, planning and research under his leadership.
  • Ms. Anne Ragsdale - group vice president of advertising for Brighthouse Networks. Ms. Ragsdale has background in both cable and broadcast responsible for the network’s advertising initiatives.
  • Ms. Tricia Wilber - senior vice president, advertising sales and promotion for Disney ABC Cable Networks. Ms. Wilber oversees sales teams for ABC Family and Disney ABC Kids Networks.
  • Mr. Mark Miller -senior vice president NBC Universal’s cable entertainment group. Mr. Miller is responsible for sales and marketing for USA Network, Bravo and the Sci-Fi Channel.
