Responsibilities:

Responsibility for providing support to the Comcast sales team/territory in an effort to achieve the Company’s sales and marketing objectives. Provide administrative sales support to sales staff and sales manager i.e. typing, filing, processing mail and answering telephones. Assemble & analyze confidential information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas and general correspondence. Create outgoing proposals. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed. Order & maintain advertising materials. Compile weekly projections for Management. Responsible for maintaining an organized professional marketing research area. Answering incoming calls as a company representative. Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Assemble media kits and update prospect kits. Tracking and maintaining records for all current incentives. Must be available for overtime or extended hours, as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Strata or similar applications. Two years administrative or sales experience preferred. Knowledge of advertising function and terms preferred. Must be an extremely organized individual who possesses excellent record keeping skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with staff, management and various other internal and external parties. Ability to multitask many projects at once. Candidate must demonstrate strong competency with math.
