Job Description:
To provide sales, administrative, clerical, traffic and billing support in designated office. To assist in coordinating and interfacing with traffic and billing and Account Executives (AE’s) in sales support as well as assisting in various traffic and billing functions.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To provide sales, administrative, clerical, marketing, traffic and
    billing support to designated office.
  • To assist in coordinating and interfacing with Marketing, Traffic
    and billing, Account Executives and clients.
  • Provide research information and prepare client proposals for A.E.’s.
  • Input order entry information in computer based programs.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A High School Diploma or the equivalent.
  • Two to three years experience in a detail-oriented office environment.
  • Must have proficient PC skills in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to quickly learn and effectively use new software.
  • Traffic and Billing knowledge helpful.
  • Must operate common office equipment to include but not limited to phones, fax machine, copier and other common office equipment.
  • Occasional bending, reaching and light lifting (up to 25#) is required.
  • The ability to effectively listen, understand and communicate by
    telephone and in person is important to fulfilling the essential functions of the job.


NOTE: Successful applicant must pass drug test, criminal record check and driving record check, if applicable. Certain positions may require a physical examination.
