Leads Automotive and new business development efforts in Vermont Local Sales offices to achieve budgeted revenue. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responsible for direct selling to automotive and new business accounts; will work as a seller, and as an account manager with existing account executives to develop new revenue; coordinates with regional Automotive and Category Development Managers to localize all initiatives to Vermont market; responsible for training local account executives on category specific initiatives, goal setting, definition of strategic plan to achieve goals in new business development, and accurate forecasting. Meets in regular 1:1 with Account Executives for measuring progress to category development goals; creates and presents business development sales meetings. Attends outside functions to represent Comcast Spotlight.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years in broadcast media as a seller or manager at local level. Bachelor's degree or higher.
