The Time Warner Cable Media Sales Division is currently seeking an IT Analyst for our Woodland Hills, CA office.

Job Summary:
Assist with the planning and organize technical service projects and functions when required including internal networking, office computers, phones and other Ad Sales technical infrastructure. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support of Citrix server, SQL server, phone systems and networking hardware.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Experience working with all versions of the Windows operating system & Microsoft Office applications
2. Knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows 2003 operating systems
3. Cisco certifications with moderate to strong experience with Cisco routing, PIX firewall, and Netscreen firewall
4. Experience managing an Active Directory domain encompassing multiple locations;
5. Knowledge of the design of local area networks, wide area networks, remote access and all its components;
6. Knowledge of computer headend operations & procedures
7. Research and recommend solutions for technical projects and issues designed to grow Ad Sales revenue
8. Ability to troubleshoot network, network connectivity and computer problems
9. Advanced computer skills & mechanical aptitude
10. Ability to work flexible schedule & travel
11. Must have valid Drivers License
12. Work with traffic and other software vendors to ensure maximum up times
13. Back up for Tech Services Coordinator as required
14. Any other duties assigned by management

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:
1. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
2. Or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Cisco certifications with moderate to strong experience with Cisco routing, PIX firewall, and Netscreen firewall
4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
5. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
6. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
7. Ability to be self motivated, manage time and work without supervision
8. Effective communication skills.
