Network Summary:
'GolTV is a television cable network dedicated to soccer and soccer related programming. Launched in 2003, it was and still is the first and only bilingual soccer network offered in both languages, English and Spanish. We are currently in 13 million homes across the continental U.S., including 3.4 million Hispanic households. Our distribution consists of 39 affiliate partners that include cable, satellite and telcos, which together cover more than 170 different DMAs, including 24 of the top 25 Hispanic markets. The network has been fully Nielsen rated since 2007 and offers a captive audience of soccer enthusiasts, delivering over 6,000 hours of soccer matches along with a diverse mix of soccer programming. GolTV offers exclusive live matches from some of the world's best leagues including Spain, Germany, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay just to name a few. In addition to matches GolTV also broadcasts and produces proprietary shows including GolTV News, La Liga 360, La Liga Report, Hallo Bundesliga, Bundesliga Magazine, Foot Brazil, Milan Channel Classic, A Solas, Futbol Argentino, and Oh My Gol! along with elite tournaments such as Spain's Copa Del Rey, Coppa Italia, CONCACAF and European World Cup Qualifiers and UEFA properties that include Europa League, Woman's Champions League, Under 19 and Under 17 and the fast paced indoor soccer - FUTSAL.

In 2010, GolTV expanded with its introduction of GolTV Mobile and GolTV HD, becoming the first non-broadcast Spanish-language network offered in crystal clear HD, satisfying the needs of all true soccer fans.'
